We are currently seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our fast-paced team. As a Full-Time Counter Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a difference in the lives of our customers. Whether you excel in customer service, innovative thinking, or producing top-quality work, we want you on our team!


Our team is made up of approximately 90 employees who help walk our customers through some of the biggest milestones of their lives – from registering their first car, moving from a different state, buying a house, getting a driver’s license, and more!


Our Full-Time Counter Associate team processes a variety of transactions, including motor vehicle, mobile home, and boat titles and registrations, property tax payments, disabled parking permit applications, hunting and fishing licenses, and driver licenses. They are at the forefront of these transactions, helping customers navigate our services and providing exceptional, five-star service every step of the way.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient Computer Literacy and Internet Knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and via email
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and/or Creole, would be an asset

Additional Full-Time Counter Associate benefits and pay include:

  • End of Training Incentive - $500 incentive available to those who meet the training benchmarks and successfully complete the end of training assessment (average 4 months after hire)
  • College Degree Incentive Pay Plan - after successful completion of probationary period, an additional $1 - $2 / per hour added to your salary, upon verification of your degree from an accredited US college/university.
