All Adverse Claim Payments Must Now Be Paid Online

Starting this year, we have updated our adverse claims tax payment procedures to streamline the process, improve operational efficiency, and provide a more convenient payment method for our customers.

Effective November 1st, 2024, all adverse claim tax payments will be accepted exclusively online. In-person payments at our downtown Field Services and Collections Department, or any other office, will no longer be available.

To make an adverse claim tax payment, visit our online payment portal.
