Processing options:

Active-duty military members and their dependent spouses stationed out of state who claim Florida as their state of residency may be eligible for an exemption from Florida insurance requirements. To learn more, review our Military Affidavit, which details the requirements to be submitted for this exemption. This affidavit must be completed and submitted with each original and renewal registration transaction.

If you're renewing by mail, be sure to include the completed Application For Renewal By Mail along with your Military Affidavit and support documents in your packet.
