Change of Address or Ownership

It is important to keep your mailing address up to date with the Property Appraiser to ensure you receive any notices in a timely manner. Address changes for property within Manatee County are handled by the Property Appraiser's Office. Visit manateepao.gov and complete a Mailing Address Change Request. Note: The Tax Collector's Office cannot update any information on the tax roll, including name and/or address changes.
